Planned workforce pathway

Training through supervised work, mentorship, and real project experience.

Virtura Forge is the planned nonprofit-aligned training arm for Virtura Group. It is not being presented as fully launched today, but it is a major long-term goal.

The idea is to help people who are new to IT gain confidence through supported tickets, portfolio-building work, and real responsibility over time.

How the pathway is intended to work

Real work should teach real skills.

Forge is designed around supervised assignments, mentorship, and a ladder of responsibility that grows with the learner.

Step 01

Learn with supervision

People new to IT can start with guided work, clear expectations, and support that helps them build confidence.

Step 02

Work on real tasks

The goal is not classroom simulation. It is real tickets, real service work, and practical project experience.

Step 03

Build a portfolio

Learners should leave with work they can point to, explain, and use when they apply for jobs or future opportunities.

Step 04

Move toward opportunity

The longer-term path can lead into paid roles, Virtura Works opportunities, partner employers, or independent careers.

Interested in the long-term plan?

Forge will grow from service work, not from speculation.
