Virtura ForgePlanned workforce pathway
Virtura Forge is the planned nonprofit-aligned training arm for Virtura Group. It is not being presented as fully launched today, but it is a major long-term goal.
The idea is to help people who are new to IT gain confidence through supported tickets, portfolio-building work, and real responsibility over time.
How the pathway is intended to work
Forge is designed around supervised assignments, mentorship, and a ladder of responsibility that grows with the learner.
People new to IT can start with guided work, clear expectations, and support that helps them build confidence.
The goal is not classroom simulation. It is real tickets, real service work, and practical project experience.
Learners should leave with work they can point to, explain, and use when they apply for jobs or future opportunities.
The longer-term path can lead into paid roles, Virtura Works opportunities, partner employers, or independent careers.
